PACE for Pharmacy students

PACE will provide pharmacy students with the best learning and research facilities in the nation.

Upon relocating to PACE, the UQ School of Pharmacy will be the only School in the country to be co-located with industry in a purpose-built precinct.

It will house 90 researchers, more than 100 postgraduate students and have an annual research income in excess of $2 million.

The move will allow the School of Pharmacy to boost its research capacity by 400 percent and significantly grow its undergraduate and postgraduate student body.

Research & Development
UQ’s School of Pharmacy is internationally-recognised for its research achievements in areas including Quality Use of Medicines, therapeutic targeting and modelling for clinical trials.

Locating at PACE will provide students not only with state-of-the art teaching facilities and research laboratories but it will potentially provide a smoother transition into the profession courtesy of the relationships established via the collaborative PACE model.
